how to order?

please send me a detailed description of what you’d like — things like the colors, vibe, mood, story, your character’s personality, hobbies, and background details. if there’s anything specific I should keep in mind, feel free to mention it too!reference images are super helpful, but no worries if you don’t have any.
my workflow
The process will typically follow these steps (actual situations may vary)
once we agree on the price and deadline, I’ll send you a PayPal invoice.
to secure your slot, a minimum 50% deposit is required within 3 days of receiving the invoice.
if payment isn’t made within that time, the order will be automatically canceled
I’ll start working on a rough sketch once the deposit is received.
after that, I’ll create a clean sketch based on your feedback.
please don’t hesitate to ask for revisions during this stage — they’re usually free until you’re happy with the composition ♡
once we agree on the clean sketch, I’ll move on to adding the base colors that match the vibe and mood you want
if you’re satisfied, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance (and any additional fees, if applicable).
once the payment is completed, I’ll send the high-quality PNG file to your email ✨
Please make sure to download the completed artwork as soon as possible after receiving it — the file might be removed from my Drive later on.
Progress updates will be sent weekly.
terms of service
POLICY-PAYMENT: payments are only accepted via PayPal invoices. a minimum 50% deposit is required within 3 days of receiving the invoice. if payment isn’t made within that time, your slot will be automatically canceled-REVISIONS: revisions are available upon request. please note that major changes (pose, composition, outfit redesign, etc.) may incur an additional fee depending on the complexity-REFUNDS: after 24 hours from the deposit, refunds will no longer be available.
(please note that PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.)
if I miss the deadline, you’ll receive a full refund, and I’ll still complete the artwork for free as an apology ♡. in case of force majeure (such as accidents, illness, or natural disasters), i may offer a full refund (I’ll cover the PayPal fee myself) or reschedule the delivery, depending on the situation-FEEDBACK: please send your feedback within 24 hours after I send an update.
delays in feedback may extend the overall delivery time accordinglyif the client fails to respond within 7 days after I request feedback or send an update, the commission will be automatically canceled. no refund will be issued, and I will retain full ownership and rights to the artwork
